   - A candidate can attempt IIT JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in consecutive years, starting from the year of passing their Class 12th examination or its equivalent.

   - However, candidates who appeared in JEE Advanced 2023 but did not accept any seat by reporting at any reporting center are not considered as an attempt.


4. Nationality:

   - Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for IIT JEE Advanced.


5. Eligibility for Admission to IITs:

   - In addition to qualifying in JEE Advanced, candidates must also satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the respective IITs for admission.
