📝 Guidance Academy Coaching Program Policy This policy governs the terms of enrollment and participation in all Classroom Coaching Programs and Online Classroom Coaching Programs offered by the Guidance Academy. 🎯 Scope and Enrollment Applicability: This policy applies to all students enrolling in any of the Guidance Academy's coaching programs, regardless of delivery method (in-person classroom or online virtual classroom). Acceptance: Enrollment in a program constitutes the student’s acceptance of this entire policy, including the non-refundable fee structure. Program Details: Students are responsible for reviewing the specific details of their chosen program, including curriculum, schedule, duration, and access credentials, prior to enrollment. 💳 Fee Structure and Payment Terms Program Fees: The total fees for the chosen program must be paid in full or according to the specified installment plan before the commencement of classes or access to online materials. Payment Methods: Guidance Academy accepts payment via [List accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.]. Non-Refundable Policy: All fees and charges paid to the Guidance Academy for any Classroom Coaching Program or Online Classroom Coaching Program are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, non-attendance, or termination of access. This includes, but is not limited to: Voluntary withdrawal by the student. Expulsion from the program due to violation of the Code of Conduct. Failure to attend scheduled classes (in-person or online). Change of personal circumstances, professional commitment, or location. Inability to access online resources due to student-side technical issues. No Exceptions: This non-refundable policy is absolute and applies to full upfront payments and any paid installments. No exceptions will be made. 🖥️ Online Classroom Program Specific Terms Access: Access to the Online Classroom Coaching Program platform, including live sessions, recorded lectures, and study materials, is granted upon successful processing of the program fees.
