Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to all classroom and hybrid programs at Guidanceopedia Classes, including IIT JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET-UG, CBSE Class 11–12 Integrated programs, Foundation batches (Class 8-10), and all short-term test series or workshops conducted at our New Delhi center at 3/11, 1st Floor, East Patel Nagar Market.
2. General Principles
In accordance with Indian laws governing private coaching services, fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or adjusted against any other student's fee unless specifically stated in writing by the institute management. Guidanceopedia Classes provides professional educational services; admission is granted specifically for the chosen batch.
3. Refund Calculation & Deductions
Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting the following costs from the original (full) price. Please note that discounted prices are not applicable for refund calculations; the full program price will be considered for evaluating all costs and deductions:
- Cost of classes: Calculated at ₹1000 per day from the date of batch start or student joining (whichever is earlier).
- Study Material: Cost of modules and other study or test material provided.
- Infrastructure: Infrastructure cost and other internal administrative factors.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.
4. Refund Policy for Withdrawals
Refunds follow strict rules: (a) No refund for students removed due to misconduct or breach of rules. (b) No refund for short-term crash courses, workshops, or completed test series. (c) Detailed calculations apply for mid-course withdrawals or before batch start based on the deductions in Section 3.
5. Process and Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with original documents at our office. Processing takes approximately 30 working days. All approved refunds will be made via Bank Transfer only; no cash refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
6. Institute Rights & Legal Terms
The institute reserves the right to modify, cancel, or merge batches. In such cases, only a limited pro-rata refund may be considered. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi under Indian law. Limitation of liability is strictly capped at the refundable component of the fee paid.
